Object

These terms govern the use of the EryonOne platform, an AI-assisted document review service, accessible at eryon.eu and its subdomains.

Account creation

Creating an account requires a valid email address, confirmed by a verification link. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential.

Authorised use

The service is intended for the review of professional documents. The user must not upload unlawful content, impersonate a third party, attempt to bypass security mechanisms, perform reverse engineering or automated collection.

Liability

EryonOne is an assistance tool: the results produced by the AI are decision support, they do not replace a qualified human review. The user remains solely responsible for the final content they publish or submit to authorities.

Suspension and termination

Eryon reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account not complying with these terms, after notification by email. The user may terminate their account at any time from the account space or on simple request.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lille, subject to the mandatory legal provisions applicable to consumers.
