Terms of sale

Object

These terms of sale govern the paid provision of the EryonOne platform services, between Eryon ("the Provider") and any legal entity or individual subscribing to an offer ("the Client").

Pricing model

EryonOne works with consumable credits: each review processing debits a number of credits calculated according to the exact page volume, enabled axes and, for scientific review, references to check.

The prices shown on the Pricing page are in euros excluding tax, with applicable French VAT in addition.

Order and payment

Credits are acquired in advance according to the terms shown at the time of order. Payment is due on order. Unused credits are non-refundable except where legally required.

Billing

An invoice is issued for each order and made available in the Client's account space. Invoices are kept for 10 years in accordance with legal obligations.

Right of withdrawal

For professional clients, the right of withdrawal does not apply. For consumers, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

Warranties and liability

Eryon undertakes to provide the service with diligence and according to best practice. Eryon's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client over the last 12 months.

Eryon cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the Client based on the platform outputs: these constitute decision support.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall favour an amicable resolution. Failing that, the courts of Lille shall have sole jurisdiction.
