# Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Eryon One platform.

## 1. Purpose

Eryon One enables document upload, AI-assisted review workflows, and the generation of review deliverables.

## 2. Account

- Each account maps to a single user in V1.
- The user is responsible for keeping credentials confidential.
- Any action performed through the account is deemed to be performed by the account holder.

## 3. Documents and data

- Uploaded documents remain attached to the customer account.
- The customer warrants that it has the rights required to submit the documents for analysis.
- The customer must not upload unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.

## 4. Nature of the service

- Analyses and recommendations generated by Eryon One are decision-support outputs.
- AI-generated outputs must be reviewed, verified, and approved by the customer before any final use, publication, or submission.
- Eryon One does not provide final legal, medical, or regulatory advice.

## 5. Credits and billing

- Credits are managed by administrators during the launch phase.
- Each project consumes credits computed from: the document's page or slide count (slide decks are billed at approximately 50 percent of the page rate), the selected review axes, and for the scientific axis the number of bibliographic references to verify.
- A marginal degressive scale applies to both the volume (pages or slides) and the reference count above defined thresholds.
- Applicable pricing rules are displayed in the platform before confirmation and communicated to the customer.

## 6. Availability

- The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
- Interruptions, limitations, or feature changes may occur at any time.

## 7. Liability

- The customer remains solely responsible for the use of deliverables and for any decision made on that basis.
- Eryon One cannot be held liable for consequences resulting from the unverified use of generated outputs.

## 8. Confidentiality

- Eryon One implements reasonable security measures consistent with its current stage of development.
- Third-party services may process data as part of the AI-assisted analysis workflow.

## 9. Updates

- These terms may be updated from time to time.
- Continued use of the service after publication of a new version constitutes acceptance of the then-current version.
